TERMS AND CONDITIONS – TARSA HOME

1.1. Reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by TARSA HOME.

1.2. A booking shall only be considered confirmed upon successful receipt of the applicable payment and issuance of a booking confirmation.

1.3. TARSA HOME reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify reservations in cases of:

  • incorrect or incomplete information;
  • suspected fraudulent activity;
  • violation of these Terms; or
  • events beyond the reasonable control of TARSA HOME.

1.4. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the reservation process is accurate and complete.

  1. PAYMENTS

2.1. Payments may be made through the payment methods approved and made available by TARSA HOME through the website.

2.2. Full or partial prepayment may be required depending on the selected booking type or rate.

2.3. By submitting payment details, the guest confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

2.4. TARSA HOME reserves the right to cancel bookings where payment authorization fails or where payment is not successfully completed.

  1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

3.1. Guests may cancel or modify reservations within the permitted cancellation period applicable to the selected booking.

3.2. In the event of late cancellation, no-show, or early departure, TARSA HOME reserves the right to charge the applicable cancellation fees in accordance with the booking conditions.

3.3. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3.4. Any approved refunds shall be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

  1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

4.1. Check-in begins at 2:00 PM.

4.2. Check-out shall be between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

4.3. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

4.4. Guests must vacate the room within the designated check-out time unless otherwise approved by TARSA HOME.

  1. GUEST REQUIREMENTS

5.1. Guests must present a valid government-issued identification document upon check-in.

5.2. TARSA HOME may require additional documentation in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.

5.3. Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the reserved room unless prior approval is obtained from TARSA HOME.

5.4. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all accompanying persons comply with these Terms.

  1. GUEST CONDUCT

6.1. Guests shall respect the comfort, privacy, and safety of other guests and staff members.

6.2. Excessive noise, disturbances, parties, unlawful activities, or behavior deemed inappropriate by TARSA HOME are strictly prohibited.

6.3. TARSA HOME reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a guest’s stay without refund in the event of violation of these Terms or misconduct.

  1. SMOKING POLICY

7.1. Smoking, including the use of cigarettes, electronic smoking devices, and shisha/hookah, is prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas.

7.2. TARSA HOME reserves the right to impose cleaning, maintenance, or damage charges resulting from violations of this policy.

  1. VISITORS

8.1. Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms without prior approval from TARSA HOME.

8.2. Approved visitors may be required to register at the reception desk and present valid identification.

  1. PROPERTY DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

9.1. Guests shall be responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction caused to rooms, furniture, equipment, or any property belonging to TARSA HOME arising from the acts or omissions of the guest or accompanying persons.

9.2. TARSA HOME shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of TARSA HOME.

9.3. Guests are encouraged not to leave valuables unattended.

  1. ROOM ACCESS AND MAINTENANCE

10.1. Rooms are cleaned in accordance with TARSA HOME operational schedules.

10.2. Guests may request privacy or “Do Not Disturb” arrangements; however, TARSA HOME reserves the right to access rooms where reasonably necessary for maintenance, emergencies, safety, security, or operational purposes.

10.3. Guests must immediately notify reception of any technical issue, damage, or malfunction within the room.

10.4. Guests shall not attempt to repair or alter any equipment or facilities.

  1. KEYS AND ACCESS CARDS

11.1. Guests are responsible for maintaining the security of room keys and/or access cards.

11.2. Replacement charges may apply in the event of loss, damage, or failure to return keys or access cards.

  1. CCTV AND SECURITY

12.1. TARSA HOME may operate CCTV surveillance systems in public and common areas for safety and security purposes.

12.2. No surveillance cameras are installed inside guest rooms or private areas.

  1. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES

13.1. Guests are prohibited from bringing into TARSA HOME any dangerous, flammable, illegal, hazardous, or prohibited substances or materials.

13.2. Commercial photography, filming, or professional media activities within TARSA HOME premises require prior written approval.

  1. WEBSITE USE

14.1. Users may only use this website for lawful purposes and legitimate reservations.

14.2. Users shall not:

  • misuse the website;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • upload malicious software;
